Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guestrooms to brand standards, including bedrooms and bathrooms
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
• Ensure rooms are properly stocked and presentation-ready for arrivals
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost & found items
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and assigned work areas
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
• Complete daily room assignments within productivity expectations
• Deliver friendly, professional interactions with guests when needed
