Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest spaces. You will clean rooms, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs to keep high guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with an hourly wage of $18.00 and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas following the company’s standards and procedures.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used properly and stored safely.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
