Job summary

Hilton Mystic in Mystic, CT is seeking a Housekeeping/Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas in line with Hilton standards. You will restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and assist guests with requests to ensure a welcoming stay.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hilton standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restock guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and beverages.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure public areas and corridors are clean and orderly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning equipment and handling chemicals safely.
