Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic English communication to interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms per Hilton standards (beds, linens, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms).
• Restock towels, toiletries, and beverages in guest rooms.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas and corridors.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning equipment and handling chemicals.
