Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Versailles seeks a Room Attendant responsible for cleaning guest rooms and hallways to hotel standards. You will stock carts, replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are safe and ready for guests.

You will report damages and maintain key control while working with the housekeeping team. Ideal candidates have a high school education or equivalent and strong reading, communication, and physical stamina to stand, lift, and move up to 25–50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read and recognize similarities and differences in words and numbers.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Must communicate with guests and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily according to procedures.
• Stock cart with guest room supplies at start and end of shifts.
• Greet guests and replace linens on beds and replenish amenities.
• Empty wastebaskets and tidy furnishings and room accessories.
• Ensure door is closed and room locked; report damages or hazards.
• Return items found to Housekeeping with notes for lost and found.
• Manage keys signed out for the shift and maintain service corridors.
