Job Responsibilities

1. Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
2. Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
3. Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
4. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
5. Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security protocols.
6. Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
7. Restock carts at the end of each shift.
8. Perform additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning as scheduled.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
3. Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
