MHG Hotels LLC seeks a Guest Room Attendant in Indianapolis to keep guest rooms spotless and bathrooms sparkling according to brand standards. You will change linens, restock supplies, and greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.

Strong attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Full-time or part-time shifts with a flexible schedule are available.

• Report damages or safety concerns to supervisors.

As Guest Room Attendant, you will:

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling.
• Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.
• Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day before your shift ends each day.
• Remove trash and dirty linens
• Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality

To be successful in this role, you need:

• a professional demeanor
• clear communication skills and appearance in a clean uniform is required.
• This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds.
• You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours
