The ART Hotel is seeking a top-performing Full-Time Hotel Room Attendant, Guest Room Attendant, or Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Cleaning & Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Restocking Supplies: Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items as needed.
  • Inspecting Rooms: Ensure all room equipment and furniture are in good condition and report issues.
  • Maintaining Public Areas: Assist in cleaning and maintaining hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
  • Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service, addressing guest requests promptly.
  • Laundry Duties: Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and report levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
  • Room Setup: Prepare rooms for new guests, ensuring standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Experience with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
