What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability. Your specific tasks will include:

1. Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
2. Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
3. Performing deep cleaning tasks when required.
4. Stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily.
5. Disposing of trash and recyclables properly.
6. Responding promptly, friendly, and efficiently to special guest requests.
7. Performing guest turn-down service as needed.
