PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate in Council Bluffs, IA. You will clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and storage areas according to standards.

The role supports guest satisfaction, reports safety hazards, and collaborates with the house person on department projects. Prior cleaning experience preferred; high school diploma optional.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Six months of previous cleaning experience preferred.

• Assists guests with issues ensuring guests' satisfaction while operating within established guidelines and policies
• Assists the house person with department projects, as needed
