Job summary

Fresca, LLC in Boulder, CO is seeking a detail‑oriented Guest Room Attendant to refresh and sanitize guest rooms, uphold high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a welcoming, safe environment. You’ll work as part of the housekeeping team, delivering courteous service, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring rooms meet property quality expectations.

Previous hospitality experience is preferred; training provided; ability to lift and move supplies; must be at least 18

• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms

• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
