• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Approves/denies refund requests for reservations based on GM guidance.
• Submits and follows up on guest refund requests.
• Creates informational guest banners for camping/day-use facilities on recreation.gov.
• Submits campsite/closure requests based on GM input.
• Emails guests for reservations canceled due to closures.
• Updates facility fees on recreation.gov for each season.
• Keeps open/close dates accurate for each facility.
• Upgrades facility locations with features like Scan and Pay, Venue Systems, and Field Sales.
• Creates new users in recreation.gov to access The Hub.
• Assists Vista employees with issues in recreation.gov.
