Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient satisfaction by visiting patients and addressing both medical and non-medical needs.
• Coordinate communication for non-English speaking and hearing-impaired patients and resolve concerns.
• Record and report complaints and compliments to appropriate departments and management to improve services.
• Assist patients and families with interpretation and translation arrangements using interpreters and language services.
