Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in Guest Relations (Security).
• Active Security License.
• FSD T-89 Certificate.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions per SOPs.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of scheduled activities, facilities, hours, layout, and emergency plans.
• Review logs, follow up actions with shift agents, and coordinate security tasks.
• Provide escorts for employees and manage after-hours access control.
• Coordinate with outside agencies during incidents and emergencies.
• Investigate alarms and document outcomes per procedures.
• Patrol the property, log actions, and maintain safety standards.
• Respond to incidents, safeguard guest and staff safety, and report findings.
