The Guest Relations Coordinator manages guest referrals, check-ins, and coordinates guest services to ensure a welcoming experience for patients and caregivers. This role supervises concierge coverage, maintains guest records, and ensures smooth operations of front desk services.
Pay: $20.41/hour , based on experience and internal equity.
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week across 5 days per week. Schedule flexibility is important, with weekend coverage required and occasional holiday coverage possible.
Leadership Focus: This is a hands‑on lead role supporting the Concierge/front desk team. The ideal candidate will lead by example , help train staff, reinforce consistent service standards, and step in wherever needed.
Guest Experience: Strong people and customer-service skills are essential. This role regularly supports guest check‑in/out, referrals, room assignments, front‑desk operations, and resolution of guest concerns.
