Job summary

Indianapolis Zoo is hiring Guest Relations Team Members to help guests with tickets for parking, rides and general admission, and to deliver exemplary customer service. This is a part-time, variable hourly role (29 hours or less per week) based in Indianapolis.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, team-oriented, and able to work independently; prior customer service experience is a plus. Pay is $13.00 per hour, with free employee admission, parking perks, and discounts to local venues.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for parking, rides and general admission at various booths.
• Ensure overall visitor satisfaction and deliver exemplary customer service.
• Support sales/register operations, crowd control, and event duties as needed.
