Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is hiring a Guest Relations professional for our Cloverdale, California location. The Front Desk Clerk will deliver friendly, responsive service to guests and residents, act as a property liaison, handle payments, and support office efficiency.

You will work with the Property Manager, resolve inquiries promptly, and contribute to memorable guest experiences. We value reliability, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach in our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

Estimated Compensation For This Position In The States Of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT And WA Is

Hourly: $16.90 - $18.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
