Well & Good is seeking a Professional Cleaner to maintain our short‑term rental properties, delivering top‑quality cleaning and linen services to ensure guest satisfaction and homeowner peace of mind.

You’ll work independently as part of a supportive team, with training provided, scheduling handled by the company, and interactions with hosts managed for you. Competitive per-clean pay reflects property size and laundry needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience cleaning and inspecting properties or similar work experience.
• Ability to supply own industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to navigate our company’s apps: Slack and Breezeway.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• A Tax ID (TIN) or Social Security Number required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply short-term rental properties.
• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Communicate with management about adjustments and minor repairs needed.
• Coordinate with support on supplies or general property issues.
• Follow brand standards and procedures for thorough cleaning.
