Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Solomons is seeking a Houseperson to uphold a welcoming, clean, and safe hotel environment. You will greet guests with a smile, assist with luggage, and contribute to spotless public spaces and rooms.

You will work as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards, restock supplies, and support event needs while following hotel policies. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related service field.
• Can-Do Attitude: positive approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

• Clear communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Luggage handling and assisting guests as needed.
• Cleaning and trash management in hallways, public spaces, and parking areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and back-of-house areas.
• Restock linen closets and guest amenities; manage housekeeping cart.
• Support team with cleanliness to ensure safety and organization.
