Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Inspector (Supervisor) to ensure guest rooms and corridors meet our cleanliness standards.

The role supports the housekeeping team, assists in cleaning when needed, and upholds a friendly, service-focused atmosphere aligned with our ONE TEAM, ONE VISION culture. The Supervisor will train and guide staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and respond to guest needs with courtesy.

Qualifications

• Must maintain confidentiality of business information and guest data.
• Demonstrates safety and security awareness for guests and staff.
• Knows basic fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Reliable with scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect housekeeping performance and room readiness to meet brand standards.
• Assist in cleaning rooms when needed and support front-line housekeeping operations.
• Train and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure consistent standards and service quality.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly, maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Monitor inventory, safety, and cleanliness of corridors and public spaces.
