Job summary

Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento is seeking a House Attendant to keep public areas sparkling and welcoming, assist guests with friendly service, and support event setup that adds energy to our property. You’ll be a behind-the-scenes hero for the housekeeping team.

We value detail-orientation, physical fitness, and a can-do attitude. A high school diploma is preferred; prior hotel or related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong guest service mindset and willingness to assist guests.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless and guest-ready across lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Assist guests with friendly, five-star service and prompt responses.
• Help set up meeting and event spaces, including chairs, tables, and tech as needed.
• Maintain safety by securing sensitive areas and following safe work practices.
• Handle lost-and-found items and support housekeeping as a behind-the-scenes resource.
