PF Changs China Bistro is hiring a Backwaiter in Naples, FL to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and maintaining cleanliness. The role emphasizes guest service and teamwork, with paid on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handlers Card where applicable.
• Stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors to standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee/tea machines and POS systems.
• Interact politely with guests and notify managers of issues.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout packaging.
• Assist beverage prep and responsible alcohol service when required.
