Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for bustling parking environments.
• Background check required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately and track money.
• Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs and revenue records.
• Administrative support: label keys and maintain vehicle records.
• Security and compliance: monitor lot and ensure safe vehicle parking according to policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable, assist with light janitorial tasks.
• Customer service: assist guests with questions and payments while staying friendly.
• Teamwork and communication: stay connected with radios and coworkers.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional duties: participate in training and adapt to scheduling needs.
