Support students and staff while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting. Bettendorf Community School District is looking for caring, dependable individuals to serve as Guest Paraeducators on an as-needed basis.

Position: Guest Paraeducator
Location: Bettendorf Community School District
Hours: Varies Filling in on an as-needed basis
Rate of Pay: $14.50/hour

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Applicants must have valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and teachers
• A courteous and respectful demeanor when interacting with students, staff, and the public
• The ability to follow lesson plans and assist students in understanding content
