Job summary

Biscuitville is seeking a guest-obsessed Shift Leader to join our family in Garner, NC. We offer a schedule that accommodates commitments outside work and a “Life After 2” culture with hours from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, leaving afternoons and evenings free.

As a Shift Leader, you will coach the team to maintain accuracy, speed, and high food quality, while modeling Biscuitville standards and fostering a friendly dining room environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks; regular local travel.
• Ability to operate computer systems including emails and document handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling and walking are involved.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures.
• Set an example by complying with Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policy.
• Develop crew members to gain new knowledge and grow responsibilities.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by engaging in the dining area.
• Assist in controlling operating costs and cash handling.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.).
