Job summary

bartaco in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Manager to lead a guest-obsessed team and deliver memorable experiences. You’ll model our touchstones, oversee daily operations, and coach hourly team members to uphold service standards and hospitality with energy, warmth, and attentiveness.

You’ll partner with culinary and bar teams, manage scheduling, and drive continuous improvement, recognizing wins and developing talent to sustain a fun, vibrant, and welcoming workplace for guests and teammates

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant experience
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience by ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression
