Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for customer service and guest experiences, grounded in professionalism and integrity.
• Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and confident.
• Adheres to all food safety and sanitation procedures with care and consistency.
• Works quickly, efficiently, and kindly in a fast-paced environment.
• Holds a Food Protection Certification (or is willing to obtain one).
• Completes all training programs to Chip City standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workspaces to health standards.
• Stock and organize supplies and retail products, keeping inventory accurate.
• Monitor equipment like ovens and freezers, and report issues promptly.
• Communicate openly with managers and teammates to keep the store running smoothly.
