Milwaukee Rescue Mission is seeking a Guest Ministries Shift Manager to lead the Guest Care and Guest Safety teams on the Central Campus in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role emphasizes service, safety, and building positive relationships with guests and staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, crisis response, and ensuring policy adherence. A Christ-centered workplace requires a committed follower of Jesus Christ and passing a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Christian man with a servant's heart and ability to relate well with diverse populations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to manage time, organize staff, and handle crises calmly.
• Clear documentation, reporting and policy enforcement skills.
• Comfort with industry software and basic computer tasks.
• Commitment to the Christian faith and MRM beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Care and Guest Safety teams and schedules.
• Coach staff for performance, manage time and attendance.
• Interact with guests and support VIS participants.
• Enforce policies, conduct interviews, and hire staff as needed.
• Identify security/issues and coordinate with emergency services.
• Provide first aid if necessary and maintain dorm area.
