Job summary

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to manage Lost & Found and the Logistics Service Desk across the resort, ensuring timely resolution of requests and meticulous documentation.

You will use Freshworks and BOUNTE, coordinate with teams, and perform general warehouse tasks when needed, all while upholding chain-of-custody, confidentiality, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least a year of customer service, administrative, or service desk experience.
• Familiar with Freshworks and BOUNTE will be new to most candidates — willingness to learn is fine.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own Lost & Found from start to finish, logging, securing, and coordinating retrieval.
• Answer Logistics Service Desk calls, triage requests, and route or resolve.
• Keep Freshworks tickets moving by responding, assigning, and escalating as needed.
• Document all requests, item status, and communications for traceability.
• Provide backup administrative support and assist with general warehouse tasks.
• Follow chain-of-custody, confidentiality, and safety protocols.
