• Experience coordinating housekeeping or hospitality operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Open the department each morning and manage opening procedures.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between housekeeping and other resort teams.
• Manage weekly supply counts and place orders to prevent stockouts.
• Keep accurate end-of-shift logs, incident reports, and lost-and-found records.
• Troubleshoot tech issues with tablets, radios, or software and escalate as needed.
• Support laundry, guest deliveries, and peak-period room cleaning as required.
