Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Guest Lead to drive outstanding guest service and store standards at our Lynnfield location. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will guide daily operations, coach team members, and ensure visual displays align with brand standards.

You will lead by example, maintain loss prevention awareness, and support opening/closing tasks, with a focus on teamwork and a positive guest experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting; ability to lift 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently.
• Adhere to guest service standards and brand guidelines.
• Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize strong performance.
• Maintain clean, presentable store environment and assist with merchandising and window displays.
