Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Hosts at the Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will welcome guests, manage the host station, and help create an efficient seating flow to reduce wait times.

This tipped position offers hourly pay with potential tips and a benefits package. Responsibilities include reviewing floor plans, seating guests, keeping areas clean, handling guest inquiries, and answering phones during shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review the floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts.
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times.
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving.
• Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation.
