MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Hostperson for Gymkhana in Aria to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for a memorable Indian dining experience. You will coordinate reservations, keep the dining area organized, inform the kitchen and management of guest needs, and support servers and runners to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 2+ years of restaurant host experience and familiarity with OpenTable; the role offers an hourly starting rate plus

Qualificações

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Hostperson.
• Prior experience with OpenTable system.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant and communicate special orders to management.
• Attend to reservations, keep accurate counts, and relay guest needs to the kitchen and service team.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, house count, table numbers, dress code, and service standards.
• Ensure menus and inserts are current and replace worn items.
• Support Food Servers, Bus Persons, and Food Service Runners to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas and assist with closing procedures.
