Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous Hostperson experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Previous Fine Dining Hostperson experience preferred.
• Previous Maitre D experience preferred.
• Experience with SevenRooms preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant and manage seating.
• Coordinate with captains, servers, bussers, and runners to optimize table flow.
• Maintain knowledge of reservations, room capacity, dress code, and operation hours.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.
• Answer phones and manage the reservation book and updates.
• Ensure menus and inserts are current and replace worn menus.
