Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail-oriented with strong customer-service focus.
• Effective phone skills and clear communication are essential.
• Familiarity with the ministry strategy and mission of Young Life.
• Strong skills in communication, organization and administration.
• Able to manage transient relationships and maintain warmth and hospitality for all staff and users.
• Able to work professionally with camping staff to support camp operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests for facilities and services and communicate changes to departments ahead of group arrival.
• Share host responsibilities with the guest services team.
• Develop and maintain guest services materials (e.g., Guest Group Planning Packet).
• Maintain open communication with Young Life field staff and guest groups about facility use and feedback.
• Serve as liaison between the property and assigned staff for school-year use.
