Young Life in the United States is seeking a proactive Guest Services Coordinator on a sales-forward track to grow school-season bookings while coordinating all guest services. All camps share a common purpose: creating an environment where Young Life staff bring Christ to life by creatively presenting the complete gospel of Jesus Christ. Camp speakers introduce kids to the person of Christ, the nature of humanity, the work of Christ on the cross, the hope of the resurrection and the opportunity for reconciliation with God.
The position is a sales‑forward role that focuses on growing and developing school‑season bookings while supporting the Guest Services department. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive in building new relationships with prospective guests and experienced in coordinating all aspects of guest services to ensure a seamless experience.
Young Life is a relational ministry. Staff must convey Christ‑like hospitality and concern for guests and staff. All staff members are expected to represent Young Life positively and professionally within the community and to work with and minister to the volunteer high‑school and college‑age young people who attend our camp.
This position is a sales‑forward role, and the ideal candidate will be highly proactive in growing and developing school‑season bookings. It also includes additional responsibilities within the Guest Services department to support the team's overall functions.
In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $37,000–$46,000, depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
