Job summary

is $51,500 to $64,475, and the position requires a BA/BS or equivalent life experience, along with a commitment to Young Life's ministry and faith statements. You will train teams, lead bible studies, manage budgets, and supervise housekeeping and guests services

• Able to communicate warmth, hospitality and concern for guests, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Intentionally provide opportunities for staff to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus.
• Participate in opportunities for growing deeper in your relationship with Jesus.
• With direction from supervisor, develop an annual personal spiritual growth plan.
• Foster an environment where department staff have opportunities for ongoing spiritual development, including execution of their personal spiritual growth plan.
• Prepare and lead bible studies/devotionals for department staff on a routine basis.
• Equip servant leaders who anticipate and respond to the needs of our guests, staff and vendors, through Christ-like service.
• Establish a department posture of service that anticipates guest needs and responds with professionalism through intentional decisions and systems.
• Exemplify guest-focused service and act as a pace-setter for camp staff in providing attentive hospitality.
• Perform hosting duties regularly, both during the summer and school season camping seasons.
• Supervise the training and scheduling of staff that have hosting responsibilities.
