Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and assist with locating merchandise.
• Display merchandise neatly and restock as needed.
• Process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges; verify IDs.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance registers.
• Open/close shop per checklist; ensure shop is secure.
• Develop positive working relationships and follow company policies.
• Observe safety and report incidents.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized.
