Job summary

Popeyes is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll help keep the dining area clean and support a friendly, efficient operation in line with brand standards. As a Team Member, you’ll work closely with teammates and managers to meet daily goals, while providing great guest service and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods
