The role focuses on guest care, cash handling, order accuracy, food prep, and maintaining a safe, tidy workspace across multiple stations. No prior experience required, but helpful for customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and reliable worker.
• Strong written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess required work documents and permits.
• Flexible in scheduling.
• Results oriented and customer focused.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Process payments and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate cash register or POS and assist at multiple stations.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Keep kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils clean.
• Maintain dining areas and restrooms in clean condition.
• Follow health and safety standards.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably and on time.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues.
• Learn team skills and support team goals.
