Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment with great food and friendly service.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with reliable transportation, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexible for shifts. No prior experience required; training provided, with opportunities to grow within the operation.

Qualifications

• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and be legally eligible to work.
• Minimum age 16; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.
• Must possess all required state and federal documents and permits.
• Flexible availability and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and respond to issues.
• Operate POS and suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verify order accuracy before packing.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, dining areas, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Stock inventory items and maintain multi-tasking at stations.
• Attend shifts on time and follow uniforms and policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and achieve team goals.
