Ayvaz Pizza is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

As part of the Operations Team, you will greet guests, process payments, stock items, and work across multiple stations while upholding health, safety, and grooming standards. This role offers entry-level opportunities with flexible shifts and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level guest service role with basic requirements.
• Minimum age 16; 18 for opening/closing shifts.
• Must have required state and federal documents.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability to meet shift needs.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS, using upsell techniques.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify order accuracy before fulfillment.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, dining areas, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Stock inventory and work at multiple stations as needed.
• Attend shifts punctually and follow grooming standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues.
