Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or comply with state-specific labor laws).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist customers with menu options, take accurate orders, and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
• Handle cash transactions and process credit/debit payments; provide change and receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area; ensure restaurant is presentable for guests.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Follow health and safety regulations; maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and restrooms.
