Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or as required by state law).
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu options; take and process accurate orders.
• Prepare food according to Fazoli’s standards and ensure quality and safety.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the register.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support opening/closing duties and participate in training; perform other tasks as assigned.
