Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or comply with state-specific labor laws).
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
• Prepare food according to Fazoli's standards and maintain quality.
• Handle cash transactions and provide receipts to customers.
• Work closely with team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and participate in training.
