Fazoli's is seeking a Team Member to join the welcoming, fast, and friendly dining team in Stevens Point. You will assist customers, take orders, and help ensure accurate, high‑quality meals in a lively setting.

You may work in the kitchen or dining area, contributing to a positive guest experience while upholding Fazoli's standards and procedures. Training and development opportunities are provided in a dynamic, hourly role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or comply with state‑specific labor laws).
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Assist customers with menu options, take accurate orders, and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring the restaurant is always presentable for guests.
• Prepare food according to Fazoli's standards, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food portions and presentation meet company standards.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and process credit/debit payments.
• Provide change and receipts to customers in a timely manner.
• Keep the cash register area clean and organized.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Take part in training programs to develop skills and improve performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisor.
