Job summary

El Pollo Loco in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver best-in-class customer service from start to finish, help prepare delicious food, greet customers, and process orders accurately.

You’ll follow food safety policies, keep the restaurant clean, and work with the team to achieve operational goals. Prior customer service or food service experience is preferred; Food Handler Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to participate in cross-training to learn other restaurant areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for friendly customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Help prepare food items in accordance with recipes and procedures.
• Process and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and restaurant.
