Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service consulting or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance; familiarity with various makes/models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with service management software and related computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive tech/service management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their service needs, providing clear and accurate information.
• Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep guests informed about service status and additional repairs.
• Recommend additional services and products to enhance guest experience and vehicle performance.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, vehicle service history, and special requests.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts consultants, and team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
