Pizza Inn, Inc. in Dallas is seeking an entry-level restaurant team member to greet guests, present the menu, take orders, and deliver food and drinks. You will work with a friendly team in a fast-paced setting, maintain a clean dining area, handle payments, and support opening/closing procedures.

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; flexible schedules and uniforms are provided. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position.
• One-year restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests, presents menu, informs specials and recommendations.
• Takes orders and relays to kitchen.
• Prepares and serves beverages.
• Serves courses with proper presentation.
• Totals bill and handles payment or directs to cashier.
• Assists in stocking workstation and bussing/clearing tables.
• Ensures orders are prepared properly and on time.
• Communicates with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answers phone and takes orders as needed.
• Maintains neat dining area.
• Uses tips appropriately.
• Fills salad bar crocks when needed.
• Wears proper uniform.
• Keeps bathrooms clean.
• Assists in other areas as needed.
• Completes opening/closing checklists.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
