Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menu, inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Take food orders from guests and relay to kitchen staff.
• Prepare and deliver beverage orders.
• Serve courses from kitchen and service areas promptly with proper presentation.
• Totals bill and process payment or refer guest to cashier.
• Assist in stocking workstation, bussing tables and resetting tables.
• Communicate with other employees to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service.
• Answer the phone and take orders when necessary.
• Maintain neat and orderly dining area.
• Fill salad bar crocks when needed.
• Responsible for opening/closing checklists and proper uniform.
